We make every effort to fulfill blank non-decorated orders within 1-3 business days of purchase order reception. This can on occasion vary due to exceptional circumstances.
For decorated orders, production times depend on method of decoration, qty, season, product and availability. We will always advise you of current production timelines during the purchase order process.
Yes, we offer drop shipping/split shipment services. Please inform us during the order process and we will advise you of all information required and applicable fees.
Absolutely, please be sure to reference on the purchase order your ship via preference along with your courier account number and the transport company name.
We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy from purchase date for blank non-decorated products. The products must still be in their original condition and packaging, including the hangtags.
We do not accept any exchanges or returns for decorated and custom products. Please be sure to inspect the goods within 30 days of being received to report any errors, defects or anomalies.
No returns or refunds will be granted after the prescribed period above.
